Kinnemaniac Part IV: A New Home

March 27, 2012 by Simon Kinnear in Opinion with 2 Comments

Kinnemaniac has moved house… again.  This time, though, I reckon I’ve found something that won’t turn out to be as disastrous as Tom Hanks’ nightmare home in The Money Pit

Long-term readers of this blog (if there are any left after all the chopping and changing) will know that my writing has led something of a nomadic existence.  This is actually the fourth iteration since the original address was launched in 2007.

I abandoned those old domains for the same reasons anybody moves house in the real world – bad location, lack of practicality, crappy aesthetics…

Now, though, Kinnemaniac has a place I feel comfortable with, thanks to professional input on all the stuff I don’t really understand.  So all credit to Matt Thompson and Chris Everiss of McConnells for the logo and the overall vision respectively, and to Dave Hart for the web development.

The content is the same, but it should be easier to find, with greater browsability and quick links to social media so you can get updates via Twitter, Facebook, Google+ or RSS.

Hope you like it.
